This Privacy Policy explains how PulseVendor (the "Bot"), developed by Astro, collects, processes, and stores data. We only collect data that is strictly required to provide operational features for your server.

1. Data We Collect

To execute market commands and run system rules, the Bot automatically processes and records the following non-personal data parameters in a secure database:

Guild IDs (Server IDs): Stored to save individual server configurations, energy pool balances, and mode preferences.
User IDs (Discord IDs): Processed temporarily to calculate command cooldown intervals and evaluate usage constraints per cycle.
Action Logging Structures: When a user triggers an interaction, we record the structural action payload (such as action name and timestamp) to track execution history.

2. How We Use Your Data

The stored information is used exclusively to maintain core bot functionality, specifically:

Managing global server energy limits and reset timers.
Enforcing anti-spam cooldown rules across commands.
Reviewing tracking parameters to process safe or destructive layout changes.

We do not collect personal identifiers (such as email addresses or passwords), and we never sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party entities.

3. Data Retention & Third Parties

Data parameters persist as long as the Bot remains active within a Discord server. Your interactions securely leverage Cloudflare infrastructure and Upstash developer layers. Temporary cooldown cache histories automatically expire after specific operational cycles run complete.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Server administrators can clear recorded usage counters directly using built-in management tools. If you remove the Bot from a server and wish to permanently wipe all configuration rows from our persistent storage, please contact the developer directly.
